menu : Format > Sheet > Rename
(type new name in tab sheet)

double click on the name tab at the bottom of the worksheet it will highlight. Just type the new worksheet name and a carriage return and it will be renamed.

near the bottom left
point to a worksheet tab name
right click
choose rename
type new name
