Definition:
 
1. mathematics of shapes: the branch of mathematics that is concerned with the properties and relationships of points, lines, angles, curves, surfaces, and solids
This is the key point to all art! Geometry was started after art its apart of it not the other way around. Just like how math was founded to support science.
