Do you mean rational and NON-repeating? Even whole numbers can be written as repeating… it’s just zero that’s doing the repeating. 2=2.00000…

I love your videos, especially on the financial crisis. My logic is probably wrong, but wouldn’t it be I only and not I and II? It says a number CAN be written as a rep. dec. if it is rational. It does not say a number MUST be written as a rep if it is rational. Couldn’t Pi, uming these arguments, be rational and repeating?
