They’re already …
They’re already reduced in terms of fractions. You can convert them into mixed numbers, however:

7/6 = 1 1/6 ? 1.16…
3/2 = 1 1/2 = 1.5
23/4 = 5 3/4 = 5.75
17/8 = 2 1/8 = 2.125

because 4/8 can be reduced to 1/2…. 10 over 5 has to be rewritten….. 5 into 10 equals 2…….. understand?
