    Buy a graphing calculator.

    Type in the decimal.
    Press ENTER.

    Press MATH.
    Go to the first item on the first menu, it should say: >Frac.

    Your entry should look like: Ans>Frac.

    Press ENTER.

    You now have a fraction!

    .88=88/100, .06=6/100
    1/4=1 divided by 4=.25, 3/4=3 divided by 4 or .75
