    hm…i dont know how to do it algebraeicly but you should know off the top of your head that that is 2/3

    eg: .11111111111 = 1/9
    .55555555555 = 5/9
    .88888888888 = 8/9
    .99999999999 = 9/9
    therefore .99999999999=1
