We were going over this in “math review” type class that I’m taking at the university and the teacher never explicitly stated or demonstrated that the order can be switched around as you show here. This is a lot less confusing now.

If I keep it as 2/-3, will it still be mathematically correct because they equal the same thing?

It’s good to see …
It’s good to see that other teachers had the exact same thought as I did. I really like that I can send my students to youtube to see my videos, but also that if they don’t quite understand me, that they can see other explanations.
