How on earth did this addition pass code inspection? Proper drainage should have been considered by the contractor, or by you if you did it yourself. The drain tile should have been relocated during the excavation. Sorry, but there's no quick cheap fix. If you did the work yourself, this has been a very expensive lesson in what not to do. Make sure the ground surrounding the addition is slanted away from the addition too. This will help the ground absorb less water surrounding the addition. With a real basement, weeping tiles are connected to a sump system that then pumps the water away from the house.
