		<description>There's really not much you can do apart from topping it and then unless you put down a reasonably thick topping you run the risk of it breaking up, with something like this product http://www.sakrete.com/projects/project.aspx?ID=UnlevelConcrete 

Or you could try hiding it with tiles, I'd use a terra cotta tile which would be perfect for a patio and reasonably cheap to boot, the bigger the tile the cheaper it is to put down.
